Coaching can help with ‘unsticking’ thinking, habits or behaviours, dealing with complex problems, increasing confidence or simply finding a direction forward – in life, careers or through difficult times.
In a coaching session I will provide a safe, supportive and sometimes challenging space to assist you to explore goals and overcome challenges.
My aim is to help you better understand your own personal and professional development needs and eliminate barriers to clearer thinking and performance.
Coaching should not be confused with mentoring, counselling or therapy. Coaching doesn’t offer advice, networking or business solutions. I will not provide my own answers, rather I will facilitate a process where you can explore your own.
I specialise in working with professional creatives but am happy to hear from anyone who feels they could benefit from one session or more.
I can work face to face, over zoom or telephone.
I had never experienced coaching before, at first I was quite intimidated by the idea of having such an open space to talk about myself and my practice. Katch instantly made me feel at ease, she offered questions that really helped to get to the root of what I was exploring. I think it’s not an easy thing to put yourself out of your comfort zone but Katch really helps to make that an easy process. This process really allowed me to assess some aspects I have been struggling with and discover some things I had not even considered before.
As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others – Marianne Williamson
